Wax Museum

As part of the 3rd grade curriculum, students studied about a prominent person in history.  The students  dressed up like that person and then, acting as the famous person, would tell people about themselves (en Español and/or English).

Día del niño/Day of the Child


Señora Ramirez organized and ran a fabuloso “Día Del Niño” (field Day).  Thanks to her and all the staff and parents who helped make it a wonderful day.

FPG Kindergarten- 4th grade dance

Stduents exceeded the readathon goal for minutes read (they read 560,000 minutes!).  As a reward they had a dance in the courtyard last Friday afternoon.

Readathon Award Assembly

Congrats to students classes won awards for reading the most minutes during the Read-a-thon.  The school collectively read 560,000 minutes and raised over $4000! many Thanks to the readathon chair Jennifer Ferris.

FPG Students Artists at Visions Art Show

Students and parents enjoyed viewing art work at the Visions Art Show at Lincoln Center. Art from FPGB and all Chapel Hill Carrboro schools will be on display through May 19
